Lineage

Lineage statement
Special Conservation Area (SCA) boundaries were originally part of an administrative boundaries dataset containing vector representations and names of various administrative regions and index grids for the Province of Manitoba. The dataset was digitized from 1:250 000 official mylar survey maps and published in August 2000.

SCA boundaries were edited in 2019 based on the Director of Surveys (D of S) Plan CAD files stated in the Designation of Wildlife Lands Regulation (171/2001) under The Wildlife Act (C.C.S.M. c. W130).
