The quarter-section fabric derived for township 14 range 14 Wpm in the above grid tile on the Mli has been found
  to be in error by about plus or minus 100-120m versus the ortho photo backdrop road allowances. This has been confirmed
  by comparing the derived product versus collected road data on the Geomatics Branch's 1:20,000 topo base in the area.

  The principal descrepancy is in the east half of the said township. Cause unknown
